Thanks for choosing to shop with Hey Sara, this document outlines the purchase terms and conditions of orders, shipping and information provided. Please read and consider your rights as detailed below when placing an order with our website.

When you place an order you are signifying your acceptance of the Purchase and Shipping terms and conditions, which forms an agreement between Hey Sara Pty Ltd ABN 91 622 316 241 trading as Hey Sara (we, us, our or Hey Sara) and you.


We rely on the information you supply to fulfil your purchase. If you do not supply correct address or other information in an order, Hey Sara will not be responsible for non delivery or re-delivery costs associated with inaccurate address information.

Hey Sara may contact you for further information to ensure delivery, delivery instructions or order contents are accurate prior to despatch.


All prices on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST). International customers should seek exchange rate advice as to the approximate cost in their local currency. We provide local currency prices for customers in New Zealand, USA, UK and Canada.

Hey Sara reserves the right to vary the price of products at any time without notice to you. 

Order Processing

Order placed with us will usually be processed on the same day. If an order is received before 1pm on a business day, it will usually be despatched the same day. If an order is received after 1pm or on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be despatched the next business day.

Hey Sara accepts payment by credit cards, PayPal and Cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai, Ethereum, Litecoin and USD Coin. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an invoice. This invoice signifies we have received your order and the order will move to the processing stage.


All communication between our website and you is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This includes transferring of payment information during the checkout process. SSL Secure websites offer the most comprehensive security available for the point to point transmission of data over the internet.  

At no stage are your credit card details stored within our website, ensuring confidence and satisfaction of payment security.

Order Cancellations

Hey Sara may cancel an order if we believe that we will not be able to fulfil a product subject to your order or for any other reason. If we cancel an order we will notify you of the cancellation.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Fraudulent Transactions

Hey Sara takes active measures to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions. Should an order be flagged as high risk, Hey Sara customer service may contact the customer requesting further information to confirm certain information. If the customer refuses to provide further information, Hey Sara reserves the right to cancel and refund the order. Hey Sara is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience you may face as a result of a cancelled order.

Delivery Risk

Hey Sara assumes liability for shipments up until the final delivery to the consumer. Should an investigation by one of our couriers conclude that a delivery made it to the final destination in accordance with customers instructions, the delivery is deemed complete. The risk after this event is borne by the customer and Hey Sara will not be liable for any loss caused to due theft or unforeseen events past a final tracked delivery event. On request by the customer or at our discretion we may request a signature on delivery and not permit a safe drop.

Consent to Communication

By placing an order with us, you also agree to receive further communication relating to product updates, promotions, special events or other commercial messages from Hey Sara.

You may choose to unsubscribe from further communications by sending a request to us. Further details can be found on our Privacy Policy page.


Most Australian orders are sent with Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order has been despatched. Estimated delivery times can be obtained from Australia Post website. Express Post is optional for orders under $100 and free for orders over $150. Tracking information is made available for all deliveries regardless of delivery provider. Some bulky items like shoes may not be eligible for free express post, we will choose a service at our discretion for these orders.

Packing Errors

Hey Sara uses barcoded products, scanners and product weights to record the contents of an order, along with shipping weights and packaging for each shipment. We aim to have very low picking and packing errors thanks to our systems and technology, though occasionally human errors do still occur. If you believe you have received the incorrect item, please notify us immediately with your name, order number and details of any mistakes for us to investigate further.

Gift Vouchers (Store Credit)

All gift vouchers purchased or issued by us through the returns program, will have an expiration date of 3 years from the date of issue. On issuing a voucher, the issue date or expiry date will be clearly recorded as required by Australian Consumer Law. No time extensions will be provided for such gift vouchers and any promotional vouchers or codes are excluded from the 3 year time limit as permitted by law. We will clearly state any expiration date for any promotional vouchers we issue.
