What we need from you
Hey babe — we want to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. To help keep things moving, please make sure all orders include:
- Your full first and last name
- A contact phone number
- A complete delivery address, including suburb and postcode
Simple things, but they make a big difference.
International orders
A contact phone number is especially important for international deliveries, as couriers or postal services may need to reach you during transit.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If an order is held by customs or a postal authority, any applicable duties or fees must be paid before release. If an order is refused and returned to us, any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
Processing times
Orders placed and paid for before 1pm on a business day are generally despatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are usually despatched the next business day.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary during busy periods.
How we send your order
We use reliable and cost-effective shipping providers and consider your delivery address, order weight, and parcel dimensions when selecting the most appropriate service.
Where a safe drop is not suitable, Australia Post may notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel is not linked to your MyPost account, a card will be left.
If you wish to request a safe drop (for example, “Please leave at front door”), you can include this in the delivery instructions or company name field when entering your address.

International shipping costs
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.
We do not ship to all countries — delivery availability will be shown during checkout.
Free international standard shipping may be available for higher-value orders in selected regions.
Delivery times
All orders are shipped from our Gold Coast warehouse and include tracking. You’ll receive delivery updates once your order has been despatched.
As a general guide (business days only):
- Australia Post Standard: 3–10 business days (depending on destination)
- Australia Post Express: 1–4 business days (depending on destination)

International delivery times
International delivery times are provided as a guide only and may be affected by customs processing, peak periods, industrial action, or events outside our control.
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we cannot accept liability for delays once an order has been despatched.
If your parcel has not arrived 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@heysara.com with your name and order number and we’ll follow it up for you.
